Trek 4900 lend from Pat
I enjoyed the fork suspension when riding the graded bike trails south of Sisters, Oregon. Sharp rocks on the sides of trails were a flat tire waiting to happen. I was lucky.
A bike shop mentioned that most folks were riding tubeless these days with enough goop inside the tire to seal and pinch puncture that might occur. How long does that last, I asked. A few months between replacement, I was told. That wasn't going to work for me when I rode these trails maybe once a year.
